MMG Limited (MMG) is a subsidiary of China Minmetals Corporation and a HK-listed company. It is a mid-tier global resources company that mines, explores and develops base metal projects around the world.

In 2014, MMG completed the acquisition of the Las Bambas copper project in Peru, one of the world's largest copper mine, from Glencore Plc (Glencore). The total investment by the joint venture was US$7.005 billion.
